Get Birthday Points
Receive exclusive points based on your membership rank during your birthday month!
Birthday points are reviewed and credited daily at 10:00 AM. Please note that they are not credited immediately.
*Please enter your birthday when registering for membership. Existing members who have not registered their birthday can refer to the FAQ: 'How to earn birthday points?'
Free Shipping Service
Gold members and Secret members will receive free shipping on all purchased items.
*International shipping is also included. Please note that customs duties will be borne by the customer.

Members Stage
Using Points in Currencies Other Than JPY
Due to a limitation in the points system, the maximum points you can use are restricted to the amount shown in the selected currency. This results in an issue where you cannot apply all your available points.
*For example: If you add a product priced at $500 to your cart and try to use 3,000 points, they will not be applied.
As a solution, we recommend the following steps:

1. Change the currency on the site to JPY (Japanese Yen).
2. Once the product prices are displayed in yen on your cart, input your points.
3. On the checkout page, enter your address. The currency will switch to your local currency based on the address, and the total amount will update accordingly.

A 'Redeem Points' form is available at the top of your cart.
After adding the items you wish to purchase to your cart, enter the number of points you’d like to use in the form and click 'Apply.'
*Please make sure to redeem your points at the cart stage before proceeding.
*On the payment page, ensure that your points have been successfully applied.
The expiration date for regular points earned during purchases is one year from the date of acquisition.
Additionally, limited points such as birthday points have a separate expiration date. Please check your My Page for more details.
1. Membership ranks (Regular, Silver, Gold, Secret) are assigned based on the specified annual purchase amount. The calculation period for the annual purchase amount is from December 1st to November 30th of each year.
2. If your purchase amount exceeds the specified threshold, your rank will be upgraded immediately.
3. Membership ranks can be maintained for up to 2 years, but after this period, you will start from the Regular rank.
Example)
① From December 1, 2024, to November 30, 2025, you upgrade to Gold rank. →
② From December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026, you maintain the Gold rank, but your purchase amount during this period is 0 yen. →
③ Since the purchase amount in the previous year was 0 yen, your rank will drop to Regular starting December 1, 2026.
