Returns and Exchanges

Product returns and exchanges are available only within Japan.
Please note: The shipping cost for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
*If items are returned via cash on delivery, the refund will be the amount paid minus the shipping cost.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if the conditions listed below are not met or if the return/exchange period has expired.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

・Please apply for a return via the return form within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will send a return request acceptance email from our store.
・Please return the item within 3 days of receiving this email. The item must be in an unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with no alterations (such as hemming).
*Please be careful with perfumes and cosmetics when trying on the item.
・All tags, instructions, boxes, brand bags, and accompanying documents must be in the same condition as when delivered. Certain brands and launch items are non-returnable.
*Please check the product page to confirm if an item is non-returnable/exchangeable.
・Returns due to customer preference are not accepted for sale items or items discounted with coupons. Also, outlet items are generally non-returnable.
・For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges of underwear, socks, swimsuits, and earrings are not accepted.
・Exchanges can be made for items of the same value or higher than the purchased item. Size exchanges are possible if stock is available. If the same customer repeatedly returns orders, we may decline future orders.
・Returns without prior contact or returns/exchanges past the allowed period will not be accepted.

Return Procedure:

・Please apply via the return form. After submitting the form, our staff will reply via email with the return address.
・Please pack the item and ship it prepaid to the provided address. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and confirm it meets our return policy. We will then contact you and process your refund.

Exchange Procedure:

・When submitting the return form, please specify the desired size.
*Exchanges can be made for items of the same value or higher.
・After submitting the form, our staff will reply via email with the stock availability and return address.
・Please pack the item and ship it prepaid to the provided address. Once we receive and confirm the returned item, we will ship the exchange item cash on delivery and notify you via email.
*Please note that exchanges are limited to one time per item.

Refunds:

[For Credit Card Payments]
・We will cancel the credit card transaction used at the time of order.
The timing of the refund varies by card company; please contact your card company directly for details.
[For Cash on Delivery Payments]
・We will transfer the refund to the bank account specified by the customer.
・Transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
・Refunds via bank transfer may take approximately one week after the item arrives at our store.
Please be aware of this in advance.

Order Cancellation:

・Order cancellations are generally not accepted.
・If an order is refused or not received due to a prolonged absence, we may decline future orders.
*Even if the name, address, and phone number differ, if determined to be the same person, we may refuse the order.

Regarding Defective Products:

・While we strive for perfect quality control and inspection, if you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us via the return form or inquiry email within 3 days of receiving the product. Our staff will guide you via email.
*Please attach a photo when contacting us.
・Return shipping costs will be borne by us, and we will refund the full amount paid.
