Domestic Shipping:
Domestic orders are shipped via Yamato Transport.

Region Shipping Fee
Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu 1,100 JPY (free shipping for purchases over 30,000 yen)
Hokkaido and Okinawa 2,200 JPY flat rate

*If you choose cash on delivery (COD) as your payment method, a flat COD fee of 440 JPY will be added. 
*Depending on the situation, a different shipping method may be used.

About the Delivery Address
To prevent fraudulent use of credit cards, we may conduct identity and address verification after an order is placed. We do not ship to temporary addresses such as "forwarding companies," "schools," "hospitals," or "hotels."

Please note that if we suspect fraudulent activity based on our assessment, we may cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.



Shipping Confirmation Email:
Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking code after the shipping process starts. In the case that the customer does not get the shipping email, please check that your email server is not blocking emails from our server [@whyareyouhere.jp].
Please note: If you are using an iCloud or carrier email address, emails may not be delivered due to storage issues or other limitations. We recommend updating your registered email address to a more reliable option, such as Gmail.
