Returns and Exchanges

Product returns and exchanges are available only within Japan.

Please note: The shipping cost for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
*If items are returned via cash on delivery, the refund will be the amount paid minus the shipping cost.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if the conditions listed below are not met or if the return/exchange period has expired.

【Return and Exchange Conditions】:

・Please submit your return request via the return form within 48 hours after the tracking information from the shipping carrier shows "Delivered."
・Once we approve your return request, we will send you a confirmation email. Please return the item within 3 days after receiving this email.
・Ensure that the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered (e.g., no hemming), and undamaged.
*When trying on the item, please be careful to avoid any transfer of scents such as perfume, cosmetics, or tobacco.
・All tags, instruction manuals, boxes, brand packaging, and accompanying documents must be in the same condition as when delivered.
・Some items, including specific brands and launch items, are non-returnable.
*Items that are not eligible for returns or exchanges are indicated on the product page. Please check before making a purchase.
・Exchanges can be made for an item of the same price or a higher-priced item.
・We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased with a discount coupon for customer convenience. However, you may exchange them for an item of the same or higher value.
・Outlet items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
・For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
・Size exchanges may be accommodated if stock is available. Additionally, exchanges are generally limited to one time per order.
・If a customer repeatedly returns orders, we may decline future purchases.
・Returns made without prior contact or beyond the specified period will not be accepted. Please be sure to follow the return process.

【Return Procedure】:

Please submit your request via this return form.
After submitting the form, we will email you the return address. Please pack the item securely and ship it to the specified address at your own expense.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return policy, we will notify you and process the refund accordingly.

【Exchange Procedure】:

When submitting the return form, please specify your desired size. *Exchanges are available for items of the same price or higher.
After submitting the form, we will email you regarding the availability of your requested item and the return shipping address. Please pack the item securely and ship it to the specified address at your own expense.
Once we receive and confirm the returned item, we will ship the exchange item via cash on delivery (COD) and notify you via email.

*Exchanges are generally limited to one time per order.

【Refunds】:

For Credit Card Payments

We will cancel the credit card transaction used at the time of order.
The timing of the refund varies by card company; please contact your card company directly for details.

For Cash on Delivery Payments

We will transfer the refund to the bank account specified by the customer.
Transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds via bank transfer may take approximately one week after the item arrives at our store.
Please be aware of this in advance.

【Order Cancellation】:

Order cancellations are generally not accepted.
If an order is refused or not received due to a prolonged absence, we may decline future orders.
*Even if the name, address, and phone number differ, if determined to be the same person, we may refuse the order.

【Regarding Defective Products】:

While we strive for perfect quality control and inspection, if you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us via the return form or inquiry email within 3 days of receiving the product. Our staff will guide you via email.
*Please attach a photo when contacting us.
Return shipping costs will be borne by us, and we will refund the full amount paid.
