[Important] Notice of Changes to Delivery Methods for Certain Areas via International Shipping

Please be advised that we will be revising the shipping methods for packages sent to certain regions outside of Japan as follows.

【Changes】
  • Shipping Method: For regions in Category 3, all international orders will be shipped via DHL. EMS is no longer available. (Please refer to the red text in the diagram below.)
  • Billing: The exact shipping fee will be calculated after your order is placed and provided in your invoice.
【Important Notice Regarding Customs Duties】
  • Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the shipping fee. If customs duties are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient (customer) in accordance with the laws of the destination country. Thank you for your understanding.
【Effective Date】
  • Orders placed from 3:00 PM JST on October 22, 2026 onward


A tracking number will be issued for all shipping methods. Once your package has been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier for status updates.
