We have decided to revise our online store's return and exchange policy.
The following will be applied starting October 24, 2025.

● Regarding Sale Items

For items purchased during sales or with coupons/discounts applied (excluding points usage), returns and exchanges will not be accepted from the date of purchase. However, if there are any defects in the product or if the product was shipped incorrectly by our store, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

In accordance with the above, the "Seasonal Sale" and "Outlet Sale" pages currently available will be merged into a single "Sale" page.
