This mermaid skirt from CFCL's iconic FLUTED series features two types of rib knitted alternately to create a unique silhouette. It features an elastic waistband with a drawstring for comfortable everyday wear. While the fit is tight from the waist to the hips, the garter stitch hem lies loosely away from the body, creating a mermaid-like silhouette.
