The "Tiller Jacket" is crafted using "Root Brown Wax Dipped Cupro." It is tailored from Japanese-made cupro fabric that has undergone wax-dipping and paraffin coating to provide water repellency.
The zippered funnel neck can be worn standing up or folded down as a collar. The front features a clean design, complemented by double-welt side pockets. It includes a piano-faced pocket on the inside and a zip-front closure. Fully lined, the jacket is characterized by a sharp yet relaxed fit and a straight, long silhouette.
The fabric used for this product features a special process where lightweight cupro is finished with a paraffin coating. This creates a material with structure, durability, and water repellency. The unique, chalky appearance created by this process changes with every crease and wrinkle, ensuring that each piece develops its own individual character.
While it has a firm texture at first, it will gradually soften and conform to your body with repeated wear. Additionally, the paraffin’s color will shift over long-term use, resulting in natural aging and a unique patina.
