A convertible leather bag engineered with a modular strap system that enables three carrying configurations without requiring detachment or hardware changes. The single continuous strap adjusts through sliding hardware and designated anchor points, transforming from short handles for hand carry to an extended length for shoulder wear and then to a diagonal crossbody position. The conversion mechanism operates through simple adjustments, allowing the wearer to change carrying modes while wearing the bag. The bag is constructed from full-grain bovine leather, preserving its natural surface markings and pore structure, while its dense fibers provide superior durability and abrasion resistance compared with corrected-grain or split leather. The material develops a patina through use: oils from handling darken high-contact areas, while natural creasing creates character lines that individualize each bag over time. The interior accommodates standard daily essentials, including a laptop up to 13 inches, notebooks, water bottles, and other personal items. Its dimensions provide practical capacity without excessive bulk. Interior pockets and compartments organize smaller items and prevent the contents from shifting during movement.
