These pants are based on the 5-pocket denim pants made in 1941-1942. They are the perfect complement to #001, a rare item that is almost never found as a complete set. While the pattern is based on the original, the crotch has been modified for a better fit on Japanese body types. Extra room has been added to prevent bunching. The rise is slightly high, with a straight silhouette that tapers subtly from thigh to hem. This is New Manual #002.
